By accessing or using the YapJot app ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including users who are also contributors of content, information, and other materials or services on the app.
2.1. YapJot is an augmented reality/virtual reality (AR/VR) application that allows users to create, edit, and manage various types of content using voice, writing, and chat interfaces.
2.2. The Service may include certain communications from us, such as service announcements and administrative messages. You understand that these communications are considered part of the YapJot membership.
2.3. We may offer additional features or services through the app, which may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
3.1. You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or device.
3.2. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you believe there has been unauthorized use of your account, you must notify us immediately.
3.3. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.4. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
4.1. User-Generated Content a) You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). b) By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content on or through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods. c) You represent and warrant that you have all the rights, power, and authority necessary to grant the rights granted herein to any User Content that you submit.
4.2. Content Restrictions You agree not to post, upload, or share content that: a) Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable. b) Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of any party. c) Contains software viruses or any other computer code, files, or programs designed to interrupt, destroy, or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware. d) Impersonates any person or entity or falsely states or otherwise misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.
4.3. Content Moderation a) We do not actively monitor User Content but reserve the right to review and delete any content that violates these Terms. b) We are not responsible for any User Content posted by you or other users.
5.1. The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of YapJot and its licensors.
5.2. The YapJot name, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of YapJot or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.
